As for the choices: I thought it was great because of the scholastic depth provided before and after the text. I consider the drowning of an infant graphic violence as well as running a sword into a person. There's sexual content in that it is alluded||`Luke has done us all - including, if one may say so, Goethe - a potently good turn. We should take advantage of it.' D.J. Enright, Observer
